TREASURY ANALYST 2 - Talent Bank

Support the accounts payable function in terms of approving the payment process, bank reconciliation and month-end activities.

1. Support the accounts payable function in terms of approving the payment process, bank reconciliation and month-end activities.
2. Ensure payment requests have proper approval, follow contract terms, and are allocated
3. to fix account level
4. Ensure taxes are collected properly with advanced planning
5. To arrange supplier invoice payment is aligned with weekly paydays
6. To provide input to the bakery system inputs
7. Daily support to AP, AR and Treasury functions, ensuring efficient and accurate finances
8. Bank reconciliation and accounting reconciliation (general ledger)
9. Maintain efficient and effective invoice processing, including accounts payable, bills
10. Accounts receivable and intercompany
11. Issuance of Invoice for movements of LLI Branch (Repetro regime obligation)
12. To handle the end-to-end process, making sure all documents are aligned with the companies
13. requirements

Training:

• Graduated in accouting or business administration.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Knowledge:

• Excellent comunication skills, critical thinking, autonomy, collaboration and reamwork with hands-on approach.
• Solid knowledge of related Brazilian taxes and the Brazilian Banking System
• Experience in O&G Upstream will be an advantage.
